Products
All candles, sprays, oils, and diffusers are hand-poured in small batches in New York. Colors, scent strength, and minor cosmetic details may vary slightly from the photos. Each product is intended for the use described on its page — please follow all candle and fragrance safety instructions.
Orders & payment
Checkout is processed by Shopify. Prices are in USD. We may cancel or refund an order at our discretion (for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock). Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping & returns
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Because our products are personal care items, we accept returns only on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free of charge — email a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, copy, logos, scent names — belongs to Sands of Scent Boutique. Don't reuse it commercially without written permission.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use beyond the purchase price of the product itself. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface and never leave them unattended.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
